📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement : By engaging with 360virtualtourservices.in, you agree to the scope, pricing, and timeline outlined in your project proposal.

2. Payment Terms : 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project. The remaining balance is due at the time of shooting.

3. Intellectual Property : All images and virtual tours created remain the property of 360virtualtourservices.in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy : Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a fee. Rescheduling is allowed with prior notice.

5. Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, technical issues, or client-side delays.
